Perform user research and prototyping for clients such as Aflac and ExpressJet.
– Performed card sorting exercises with ExpressJet employees to aid in reorganizing the content of their intranet.
– Provided a new information architecture, as well as prototyped a new home page, landing page and style guide for the ExpressJet intranet.
